Water supply

Most of water drainage system of building using integrate of 3 systems: direct water supply system, indirect water supply system, and waste-water pumping system.

With regards to direct water supply system: clean water being supplied directly from public pipes to householders in lower floors by hydraulic pressure inside of main pipes.

With regards to indirect water supply system: using pumps pumping clean water from ground floor of building to tanks in roof top, then water conduit to householders through branch piping system.

With regards to waste-water pumping system: installation of pressure pumps: fire fighting piping also having the same function

Water supply system including: pumps, vertical pipes, tanks, self-disconnect float and branch pipes.

All of fixed parts of water supply system are to checking regularly and maintain operating properly.

All of water tanks are to being cleaned periodically for checking the best quality.

Water drainage system

Water drainage system can divide raining water drainage & waste-water drainage systems. Fixed parts of drainage system including waste-water piping, siphon, manhole.

Ensured connecting waste-water piping how to most suitable, e.g. waste-water from lavatory can not discharge to raining water drainage.

Ensured end of the discharged pipes not blocks by rubbish or have to cover by net for preventing rubbish obstructed pipes.

All of waste-water pipes including underground pipes, waste-water pipes, ventilation pipes, and underground culvert are to working in good conditions.

Checking periodically all of above pipes, if detecting leaked out, obstructed or damaged, need to prepare immediately.

For preventing waste-air and insect in pipes penetrating into building, residential area, sanitary equipment including lavatory, bathtub and shower, WC and floor water discharged stopper connecting to siphon (siphon in U-shape, bottled or non-backwards flows).

Checking sluice-gate regularly, if detecting obstructed, then solving it immediately. Making arrangement sluice-gates how to maintain them easily and regularly. Should not have something as furniture or decorative plants in this area. May preventing waste-air leaked out from manhole by using stoppers 2 layers, or preparing stopper edges or cracks around of stoppers.

Responsibility preparing and maintain water drainage system will be defined based on damaging of public piping or pipes of individual apartment.
