It is a part of M&E, electricity, communication system is one of many scopes, BSe supplying & installation. This is a system necessary to any construction project, serving demands using for organizations, enterprises and householders.

Electricity system supporting to all of the rest M&E System. It supplying to elevators for people transport, controlling equipment of HVAC for temperature stabilizing, discover risks of fire, explode, and serving communication system of building. 

Installation of communication system is solution installing mechanical & electrical equipment related to electricity system of building as infrastructure, factories, machine, heating and ventilation system. Apart from that, including distribution & supplying electricity, telecommunication, and communication, measurement and checking system, giving solutions, design and installation items in building electricity system.

In Vietnam, most of buildings having communication system including as: BMS, camera & access control, public audio system, internet & TV system, telephone switchboard,….

1. Building Management System (BMS)

BMS is the important scope. Known as  building automation system (BAS), is a computer controlling system based on installation of control & supervise mechanical & electrical equipment of building as ventilation, lighting, electricity system, fire fighting system, and security system. BMS including software & hardware.

BMS of building implements most popularity in big projects as extending Mechanical, HVAC, communication system. System using up to 40% energy level of building; if including lighting part, this figure may up to 70%. BMS is the important scope for managing energy demand.

2. Camera Surveillance System

CCTV security supervisor camera System including IP camera, Analogue camera,… This scope, BSe always being highly appreciated by clients about capability of performing endurable, stable, quality of images satisfying to those customers hard to please.

3. Access Control (AC) System

In field of secret & security of building, AC is a important part in scope of communication system. Access-authorized to a location, a zone or a room in building being restricted (selective). Access activity decentralization by position, competence and having permission from management.

4. Public Address System

It is an electronic audio amplify and distribution system with micro, amplifier and loudspeaker, being used for 1 person talking with a big community. System with many loudspeakers using broad popularity for announcing in buildings and public locations, commercial center, e.g. school, stadium and big ships, planes. The system belong to scope of communication in many buildings, having loudspeakers in building, and micro in many rooms permitting residential people can interact.    

5. Internet System and CATV

Internet system including LAN - WAN network used system of central controlling and commutation, wiring, and IP address. BSe willing to coordinate with network provider (NP) proceeding installation of this system in all of projects. 

6. Telephone Switchboard

Telephone Switchboard is telecommunication system using telephone network of building for telephone connecting, setting up telephone calls among subscribers or users, or other calls. Telephone switchboard is an essential part of building communication system and being managed by switchboard operators. Connections setting up from wiring or switches. In office building, mostly using telephone system connecting among different departments. Current system implementing is IP & Analogue.

7. Home Automation

It is a system using communicating equipment as camera, telephone for visitors can connect with householders or office owner in building through images. System also using to communicate internally, notify break-down to functional departments. Purpose of system is  increasing security of buildings.

8. Conference Supporting Equipment System

This system including projectors, audio system, meeting room video connecting to network for assisting to Conference.

9. Parking management system

Parking management system was and being popularity in the world, specially in modern cities, commercial, financial centers, hospitals and also deluxe residential area. Due to usable and efficiency absolutely, one benefit can not deny is security ensured system to management: can not having case of motorcycle stolen when parking ticket dropping somewhere unintentionally.

10. Nurse Emergency Call

System implementing for modern hospitals when patient need to contact with nurse in case emergency.
