HVAC is a main system which is very important in buildings and factories. It manages the quality of air, temperature in the project, creates the convenience and comfortable for people living and working. This system also supporting to the fire prevention & fighting system.

HVAC System in building

The main necessary basic components of HVAC System are as below:

Fan (s) for air circulation (SA) and air return (RA).

The gas supply pipes which offer the air from the fan to the working space.

Gas equipment such as: input devices provide and return air .

Circulation gas pipes which air flows from working spaces to the mixed gas chamber.

External air (OA) devices

Mixed air chamber which receives air from working spaces then mix it with natural air.

The filter (s) which removes dirt particles from the mixed air.

Heat exchanger (s) such as: hot coils (s), steam coils (s), evaporate refrigerant (s), or cold coils (s) to heat up or heat down from circulating air

Additional heating part such as natural gas furnace (s) or thermos-electric element (s)

Air compressor (s) to compress cold air and pump refrigerant around the system.

Stop (s) to remove heat from the cold steam and condense it into a liquid.

Fan (s) to circulate outside air through air-cooled (s).

Pump (s) to circulate water through a water-cooled condenser (s); condensate water pump (CWP); and supply condensate (CWS) and vice versa (CWR).

Pump (s) to circulate hot water from the boiler (s) through the hot water coil (s) and return or circulate cold water from the chiller (s) by using the cold water coil ( s) and refrigerant (s).

The central system, water or boiler (s) are used as a central heating source.

The central system, cooling tower (s) with water-cooled condenser (s).

Controller to start, stop, or adjust the air flow, water, steam, refrigerant and electrical.
