Recently, BSe received another 4 new packages from Vingroup as 3 Vincom Projects at Ca Mau, Kon Tum, Bac Kan and Masteri Thao Dien.

Vincom Shophouse Ca Mau located at strategic position in the new development center of Ca Mau. Vincom Shophouse Ca Mau is the 1st Complex of Shophouse at Ca Mau planned synchronized with diversified inner utility chain and Vincom Plaza Commercial Center eventfully. Total construction area of project: 43,406m2. In this project, BSe scopes as supplying and installation of electricity and communication systems.

Vincom Cà Mau

Vincom Shophouse Kon Tum is model of “2 in 1” using for accommodation a well as business, it is the first model at Kon Tum, Vincom Shophouse Kon Tum located at the best location in the city center, front in main highway of Phan Dinh Phung. Complex including 22 shophouses with style of deluxe classics modernization architecture, being designed 4 storey with total construction floor area from 230.7m2 to 360m2. BSe scopes as supply and installation of M&E: Electricity, Communication, Fire Prevention & Fighting, and HVAC Systems.

Vincom Kon Tum

Vincom Shophouse Bac Kan is the biggest commercial center of Bac Kan Province. Total area of 7,000m2, located at Quater 8A, W. Duc Xuan, Bac Kan City. Project size: 3 storey & 1 underground floor; 14 shophouses. BSe scope as Installation of Transformer System.

Vincom Bắc Kạn

The 4th project is Masteri Thao Dien located at centre of District 2 Thao Dien, front of Hanoi Highway connecting with main transportation system, Masteri Thao Dien owing the high class position of new city center. Project size including 4 Towers: 3 Towers 48 storey and 1 Tower 36 storey being designed as European Style with modernization & classic. BSe scopes as Installation of cable underground, lighting, and communication.

In coming time, BSe continue to negotiate with Vingroup to participate to another packages through the North to the South.
